Contact the Editors
We are a small editorial project, so the inbox is simple. Corrections and document-backed suggestions are the most valuable mail you can send.
What we want to hear about
The best messages contain a mechanism or a document: "this paragraph misstates how redemption works, here is the issuer's page", or "the Chinese version of the reserves track omits a section". Factual corrections jump the queue. So do broken links and translation mismatches.
- Factual errors, with a source we can check
- Translation mismatches between the English, Chinese and Russian versions
- Topics you would like seen covered in the reading tracks
- Broken links or display problems
What lands in the archive
Price predictions, promotional proposals, requests for investment advice and requests to publish sponsored content all go unread beyond the first line. Nothing personal — it is the price of staying a library rather than a storefront.
We also cannot help with individual transactions, lost transfers or disputes about specific deals. Those questions need the parties actually involved, not an editorial team.
Response expectations
The library is maintained in batches, so replies are not instant. A correction with a clear source typically lands in the next revision cycle, and every revision updates all three language versions at once. Patience is part of the deal; so is permanence — once fixed, an error stays fixed.
